This summers’s strategy gathering with NEO’s Strategic Advisory Board was held at the beautiful Oseana Art and Cultural Centre in Os – a valuable meeting with inspiring participants and discussions.

Looking into the future
The only certainty in the time ahead is that uncertainty will increase. There is a great deal of unrest in the world, and it affects us here as well. With this in mind, the focus of the gathering was:
Risk management, health and social preparedness, and total defence
Staffing challenges in the healthcare sector
Reorganization and resource management in the healthcare sector
Value based healthcare and healthcare innovation
We work extensively with these areas, and together we had many insightful discussions and received valuable input on these important topics – input we will carry forward in our work.
It’s always a pleasure to work so closely with such talented and thoughtful people. There’s never quite enough time, as everyone has so much to contribute – important topics, great people, and strong collaboration!
